Anne Robinson has been guiding movement classes for as long as she can remember.   Always interested in connecting body, mind and emotion, Anne found herself drawn to the magic of the Nia Technique and has been offering classes in the Niagara region for the past 5 years.  A certified Nia Blue Belt (2nd level), a Can-Fit-Pro personal trainer & fitness instructor and a certified wellness & life coach, Anne brings her spirit and enthusiasm to everyone she meets and every class she creates.

What is NIA? 

Nia is a movement practice that will inspire you - body and mind.  Set to a thoughtful and playful blend of music genres, a Nia class is a fusion of movement forms from the worlds of dance, martial arts and the wellness & healing arts.
